Review and action requests from users who want a bouncer (BNC) account on the NationCHAT service.
About This Tool
The BNC Requests tool is where staff work through incoming bouncer account requests. Each request must be verified before a new account is created via the BNC ADDUSER tool, keeping the BNC service for legitimate, approved users only.
Inbox
Review the list of pending BNC account requests submitted by network users, with the nick and contact details of each requester.
Verify
Confirm the requester meets the eligibility requirements for a bouncer account before any provisioning work begins.
Provision
Approve the request and create the BNC account through the BNC ADDUSER tool, then communicate the connection details.
Decline
Reject requests that do not meet the requirements and log the reason for future reference.
Restricted to authorized network staff. Users can request a BNC account through the regular Request desk.
