Virtual Host (vHost) feature for regular users

Now, regular users can request a virtual host (vhost) directly from IRC.

To get a virtual host (vhost), you must have an X username, then go to IRC & use /msg V request & follow the instructions For help regarding the virtual hosts, join #help on IRC.

VHOST EXAMPLE:

Usual hostmask: dude@10-14-100-255.residential.rdsnet.net Vhost hostmask: dude@best.vhost.on.nationchat
