Security Configuration Change

As a reaction to lots of 'network split' reports and today's spam attacks, NationCHAT is changing all servers configurations.
Unfortunately this requires a restart of all servers. You will see a number of netsplits tonight, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the change.
