#HELP – a central NationCHAT help experience channel

Help experience channel

As part of our continued efforts to improve NationCHAT and keep it moving with evolving technology on IRC, we're making some changes to how we operate to offer a better experience to you, our users.

Part of this change is creating a central channel for everyone who requires help, instead of all these different channels we currently offer.

In the future all NationCHAT channels will point to our official #HELP channel, where staff will be on hand to answer questions.

This is the first stage in a planned upgrade of the network: in the next couple of weeks NationCHAT will undergo a Services upgrade.

With this upgrade we will be introducing some new functionality to the network such as HostServ. Now we know that with any upgrade there are always going to be questions that need answers which is why we're introducing ONLY one official channel for general help for users to come in and ask questions and get to know a bit more about what we're thinking and what we're working on for the future of NationCHAT.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask in #help and make sure to be descriptive about your issue. NationCHAT staff is available for assistance 24/7.
