Today, NationCHAT has welcomed another server to its array and new staff members to its ranks.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new server to our network, based in Quebec, Canada and named Quebec.NationCHAT.Org. The server has been successfully linked to the network for the past week in a testing mode, which has proven stable, and is now included in the DNS round robin.

Quebec.NationCHAT.Org will be administered by StarRain. He has much experience running IRC networks and we wholly believe that he will be a great asset to the NationCHAT

Four days ago we announced the implementation of BOPM – the open proxies monitor.

After some tests we realized that BOPM is not so efficient and we replaced it with a new tool that is more capable to handle the clones attacks.

If BOPM was checking the users for blacklisted proxies after connecting, the iauthd.pl tool is checking them before they can even establish a 100% connection to our servers.

If an open proxy is found as blacklisted in the majority of DNSBL databases, then, iauthd.pl tool will auto gline it.
