The averages above cover NationCHAT traffic only - they exclude the hosting site's normal business operations.
Any site which consumes 70% or more of its available bandwidth for general business operations will not be well suited to running a NationCHAT server. This factor should be borne in mind when determining whether a site has resources to host a server.
