================================================================================ NationCHAT IRC Network — GNUWorld (X) Channel Services Command Reference (IT) ================================================================================ Welcome to the official NationCHAT X Services guide. X is our automated channel and nickname management service (GNUWorld). All commands should be messaged directly to X: /msg X [arguments] or using the quick alias: /ns [arguments] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. BASIC ACCOUNT COMMANDS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /msg X HELLO Greets the service and provides starting help. /msg X REGISTER Registers your current nickname. An activation or confirmation details will be provided. Keep your password safe. /msg X IDENTIFY Authenticates you to your registered account. /msg X LOGOUT Logs your current session out of your services account. /msg X INFO [username] Shows public account information, registration date, and user vhost. /msg X SET PASSWORD Changes your account password. /msg X SET EMAIL Updates the email associated with your account. /msg X SET VHOST Applies or requests a virtual host (vhost cloak) for your nickname. /msg X SET LANG Sets the language in which X replies to you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. CHANNEL MANAGEMENT COMMANDS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /msg X REGISTER #channel Registers a channel to your username (must have op in the channel). /msg X OP #channel [nick] Gives channel operator (+o) status to yourself or the specified nick. /msg X DEOP #channel [nick] Removes channel operator status. /msg X VOICE #channel [nick] Gives voice (+v) status to the specified user. /msg X DEVOICE #channel [nick] Removes voice status. /msg X TOPIC #channel [new topic] Sets the topic for the channel, keeping it persistent across joins/parts. /msg X KICK #channel [reason] Requests X to kick an abusive user from the channel. /msg X BAN #channel [reason] Adds an automated ban on the channel banlist. /msg X UNBAN #channel Removes a ban from the channel. /msg X CHANINFO #channel Displays channel metadata, registration date, and access list count. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3.
